Carey’s grave site is located in Putnam Cemetery at 35 Parsonage Road in Greenwich, CT. See directions below. Once you arrive at the gate take a right into the cemetery and follow the far right path at the fork just past the entrance. Continue for 0.2 miles to a parking cutout on the left side. In front of the cutout you will Emily Fedorko (see emsway.org), a Greenwich High School classmate who died in a boating accident in 2015. Carey’s grave site is down the hill in front of a large oak tree. There are American, French and Norwegian flags marking the site. You can also continue on and take the next left which leads to a round about next to Carey’s grave site.
